Though its a small scale industry, i can enjoyed with the work. Because 8 hours duty time for only 2 rotational shift. Extra every hour considered as OT. There may be compulsory 2 hours OT or sometimes 4 hours based on work load. Very friendly nature but i have not liked the culture of that company. But I’m sure jobseekers can accept this company.
