The job security is good, they take you from one project to the other. Due to the low competency of their core team, a good caliber can easily stand out

Dislikes

Poor culture, low competency, Salary lower than the market average, they will ask you to work for 12+ hours 6 days a week with no additional pay. No adherence to the company policies when it comes to "the chosen ones" in terms of salary, benefits, housing, transportation, etc. high turnover

Likes

Organized company, salary on time But on project contact, and most staff come together from AL KHRFI company and they helping each other.

Dislikes

Company mostly manged by one team came all from Al kharafi group.

Likes

Well reputed name, ISO Certified, work Contract either on project or annual. Company policy as per market Salary increment not satisfy, only new comer will get a good offer ,Then slow increment. Well managed in structure . now the curve falling down as no mega electric project in Egypt.

Dislikes

Increment unsatisfying at all. working hours from 8 up to 5.30 which is up normal as per market. Promotion go by personal relation not according to effort or attitude. All managers was haired by some manager who brought them from his X company accordingly its become like a Mafia.

it was excellent experience period for the two years I had have worked at elswedy electrical at electrical construction project in Sudan country. I have been got much experiences and skills, I had have good friendship and colleges, and reveal differents cultures and societies and different ways to stay live. find ways to keep my work and my tasks keep running to maintain my responsibilities towards projects and works finished on time.

Dislikes

the management system was not at the level of big company doing big project nationally.
