Company policy as per market
Salary increment not satisfy, only new comer will get a good offer ,Then slow increment.

now the curve falling down as no mega electric project in Egypt.

working hours from 8 up to 5.30 which is up normal as per market.
Promotion go by personal relation not according to effort or attitude.
All managers was haired by some manager who brought them from his X company accordingly its become like a Mafia.
it was excellent experience period for the two years I had have worked at elswedy electrical at electrical construction project in Sudan country. I have been got much experiences and skills, I had have good friendship and colleges, and reveal differents cultures and societies and different ways to stay live. find ways to keep my work and my tasks keep running to maintain my responsibilities towards projects and works finished on time.
