Owner have good technical knowledge, he crated his own world he even don't know how to run organization, because he never see other company and his aim is also limited. so employee hope is hopeless. and you will be jobless in one day if he told you don't come from tomorrow. owner is lucky that why company is running. they don't have team, one day they will be realize the employees value. they have money attitude they gave you dhamki every time.

I suggest freshers please don't work more than 6 months of one years, company culture was not good they are treat you like Laboure, operator earning more than BE mechanical Engineer which have 5 years of experience, lot of people left in front of me. Payment on hourly basis for Staff also , No Hr. police No PF no Leave , if you absent single day or half day they cut your payment. For owner operator is importance more than staff member. 25K is max for any Staff member. company growth was good but only company growth not staff. They don't have value of your education they hire your family background basis, if you needy they immediate hire you , because they very well know to how to treat needy person. on. No technical interview. basis on your family backgrounds you will be selected, if you are form good family they never hire you because they know you will leave one day. you feel working like daily wags labor factory.

Good for basic knowledge of hydraulic fitting parts,preferred to work for 4 to 6 month,they will give very trouble for payment after leaving the workshop,no traveling facilities,no incentive,
