Nothing. It's worst place I have ever worked in Pune.

Dislikes

No ethics, No career growth, Owners are always finding some or other excuse for nat paying/ deducting employees dues incl salary. Everything depends on whims and fancies of owners. No respect for employees and law. Very often employees are referred as Junglees by the management. No respect of law at all. Owners believe that with there money they can buy any person so prefers not to comply with many statutory compliance as well. Employees welfare is considered as charity and owners personal liability. In short, no one should consider it as growth opportunity.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
