Worst HR Policy, No promotions, Credit Grabbing seniors, No training Provided, Only two public holidays 15 August & 26 January Remaining holidays are compensated with Sunday(sometimes working 12 days continuosly)

Colleagues were supportive and friendly. On time salary. Festival celebration.

Sometimes one has to work on sunday in order to compensate the holidays during weekdays. No training programs for executive level people.

Do not work in e2 plant in makarpura...Manager's behaviour towards you is always negative and very rude atmosphere in e2 plant...there is no growth of technical as well as financial in e2 plant...

Company has not grown in 60 years due to indifferent attitude. It score very poor on all aspects. Very high level of internal politics and they don't allow new employees to settle down. Most of the employees at senior level who are new entrants leave eventually

HR policy , Upper management just do Partiality and lots of double gaming and Favouritism. working atmosphere is just worst. People don't like if u do something new and favour of Company and lot of people only worried about other people's stuff and gossips.some upper management think for themselves only. Lack of leadership.
