It is the worst company I have ever worked, No proper training will be given, no safety while working in electrical stuffs, They will find one or the other way to hold your salary and expenditure when you are about to leave the organisation. Hopeless management. No work life balance, at time you need to start your work at 5 am and back home at 1 or 2 in mid night

...lth insurance, etc. Tea break 15mins and Lunch break 30mins (Strict timings). 3 month notice period is compulsory, if you don't want to do it then you needed to pay them. No matter whether you are work is completed or not.

Nice place to work No work pressure For freshers, its a great place to learn For experience candidates, if you can manage to get the salary as per your needs then its heaven for you

...ndance is mandatory. You need to improve on your own, dont expect the support. Don't expect salary as per market standards, you will always get less salary whether you are a fresher or an experience person, its the same... Unusual CL policies...

...ing 8am to 5.45pm, 10hrs work. Strict timings. Company located in remote area, Cab and canteen charges deducted from salary. For freshers very less CTC and 3 years bond applicable. No proper training. Health insurance also not provided. 15 mins break and 30 mins lunch break very strict. Company will recruit as BE candidates for manufacturing engineer but work nature is rework ( soldering and soldering ).

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
