Management Is average . They are calculative people . They will cut your salary for every leave you take. No casual leave , no plan leave , no unplanned leave is terrible thing to work with these guys . Work life balance is zero i can say. Less growth opportunities in terms of new technologies and domain. If you fail to create your impression in management's mind during initial stage in company it will be hard to survive here.
