The top management need to change the many which is became monopoly, Directors and MD need to concentrate o the service standard which is drastically goes down day by day and the reason behind is the culture and unprofessional HODS. Salary,staff food and staff welfare is the main reason of because of which it's a difficult task to retain staff. Less men power and unprofessional staff they are compromising the hotel standard by doing cost cutting .these all things need to bring to Owner notice for improvement guest service and to maintain standard.Request respected CMD Mr.Sunil Teddy to look into it .

.Hotel management gives you full freedom to take your dicission independently. .Good property . Owner Mr Sunil Reddy personally manages & inspect daily .fully Greenest atmospher . Away from pollution

No job Security , salaries are not paid as per scheduled , management are good but they open the eyes and ears every were , they don't trust, involvement of management is too confusing , One of the best property .... but not maintained , also lot of burden and challenges .

No job security from Management and Mr. Anil from Accounts he is playing games with employee life's interms of throughing employees out suddenly without any reason

A very unprofessional working environment. No skilled staffs. Accommodation provided is inside a housing complex which used to be labour rooms. Very small, only two people can sleep. No beds. And are full of BEDBUGS and COCKROACHES. No cleaners to clean the washrooms. In one word it is PATHETIC. The General Manager have too much interference in personal life, even on to whome we are meeting. Please before joining thos property, get a visit of the Accommodation. It will tell you all the stories. Dont come here.
