Supportive and increment is very less. Salary is less, very poor training, Trainers are not ready to give the best training, so we have to only want to learn all.

...nly joined me in the hospital the company didn't my right shoulder is fractur I didn't get the compensation for the accident also from the company. That day i was in first shift 8to4.30 pm. But in ESI report they given second shift 4.30to1am. because the accident occur at night 8.30pm. The company has no humanity.
