1.Unclear vision of leaders, they get a new product idea in their dream and everything turns out next day 2. If you are looking to join a talented team to grow your knowledge, this place is not for you 3. Initially you will be said you will get a chance to work on cutting edge product which impact million of users, in a week you will get to know development is outsourced and the product itself is going to fail and you are like just a consultant here. 4. You will have 6 month long probation period where he can terminate you anytime 5. If you even want a sick leave you are supposed to apply a weak ago 6. In terms of perks you will get only a cup of tea, none of the tech courses or any medical insurances offered which is common nowadays 7. The biggest challenge is commuting to office everyday, and you can not afford the locality nearby you can assume like daily 3hr needed door to door, which eventually delt your productivity 8. You are always hanging there, they will say anytime your service is not required. 9.. No professional setup, I have seen a top company official were shouting on employee for a silly things It's like seth ka paisa, seth ki comp, seth ki marji

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
