Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...ning time. It will be treated as abscond employee. Payment will not get on time. It will take 2 month to get salary. Saturday meeting Performance Of Employee Work pending using harsh word to taunting Subordinates.Account employee will get stress to hr employee. Treated employee as dispear. 2-3 year work of FNF is pending what type of work they are doing. Assistant HR Manager work obeserving only work doing late seating showing that I am workholic, Not doing any work taunting only her subordinates Assistant HR Manager behaviour is not professional She / He is feel like as Owner (Queen/ King) of the company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and company provides gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in management and company doesn't care about it. Salary is very low and career growth is worst with tremendous work load managers are biased with employees
