...y tasks were not completed — something I had never been formally informed of. 2. **Salary Delays and Unjust Deductions**: My salary for January 2025 was delayed, and when the Full & Final Settlement was eventually provided, there were unjustified deductions for leave without pay (LWP) and missing assets that were neither communicated nor agreed upon. The company relied on outdated and insecure methods for tracking attendance, which led to discrepancies. I had repeatedly raised concerns about this, but there was no response or solution from HR. 3. **Unfair Deductions for Missing Laptop**: I was also penalized for a missing laptop, although I had only been tasked with maintaining asset records and not with taking full responsibility for all company assets. The company should have proper security systems in place (such as CCTV) to prevent such incidents. This deduction was unjustified and not mentioned in my employment contract, making it completely inappropriate. 4. **Lack of Professionalism and Employee Care**: The HR team, led by Mansi, lacked professionalism, and there was little regard for employees' concerns. The exit process was disorganized, and there was a complete lack of transparency when it came to terminating employees. Communication was poor, and any queries were met with vague responses and delays.

Firstly, unreal targets which is barely completed by anybody but still they are after quantity due to which they make employees work every saturday. Secondly, they have created a portal on which they source profiles from naukri and put all the candidates data on their portal basically data laundering so that they have enough data to not depend on job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn in the near future, due to which this job becomes more of a data entry job because adding every candidate manually on the portal takes time and if they prefer us to call 50+ candidates and scrape them along is what they are lagging in behind. The company is more focused upon data to put on the portal instead of quality cv's to be shared with the client. Thirdly, they do not push the client on offered candidates candidature and gets very casual once it is shared with the client, basically if you are working here your target should be sharing candidates to client through the concerned person and then forget about the feedback. I would not recommend this company to anybody, who wants to develop their skills and move ahead in terms of everything. For the one's who would want to work for a short period and does not wish to proceed ahead in this particular domain can join but make sure to be prepared on giving up you mental health and work life balance just to fulfill their unreal targets.

This review might be deleted because this company pays different job portals to delete bad reviews. Worst company I have ever worked in. Donot join this company. They treat their employees like servents. There is some kind of dictatorship rule in their behaviour. All the good comments you are seeing are not real. They are either paid or forced. There is no skill development no proper training. No benifits for employees. Keep all your self respect outside and then enter in this company.
