It's been 4 years, I have been working in Public Relations Industry. I didn't see the growth like this in my previous companies I was with in PR. It's happening I guess because of the freedom all employees have and quick decisions senior Management takes to train and support the team. In my team, I have seen they have also allowed Interns to go on Media Rounds or Client Servicing which is rare anywhere. Here's I have also seen Seniors setting up their own departments which is great for every senior and building their teams. I love working here and the senior management is really understandable. Have seen my good personal growth so far.

I've been working at Elite Marque for over 2 years now, starting as a fresher. It's been an amazing place to grow. They have achieved impressive growth in a short time. The company is a startup hence there are enormous opportunities, the one who only looks for growth and can handle things quickly would love this place. One thing I love is quick and immediate feedbacks. I especially appreciate the menstrual work home policy which is thoughtful and supportive measure for a women like us.

1. Positive and motivated environment 2. Collaborative Teamwork 3. Supportive and approachable seniors and the boss 4. There’s no communication gap which is something crucial for getting things done perfectly, as it should be 5. Interesting projects with lots of learning 6. Fast paced environment

Dislikes

The only challenge is occasionally long hours during big campaigns, but it is typical in the corporate world. Fortunately, the team balances it well.

Dislikes

No skill development and personal growth. They don’t have any work mechanism, only unrealistic expectations. There’s no learning as there are no seniors or team meetings. The work environment is not as elite as the name suggests.

The work culture is really good. The focus on the employees training and development is truly commendable. I have developed my skills a lot here and every task is a chance to shine and grow.
