I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. It was a very good startup and now become a good company. The good thing about this company is - they have lots of learning here. Company owners are very humble. Arif and Shoaib ( Marshall) They are very cooperative people, allow one to take his time and provide lot of learning and professionalism.

Dislikes

As such I don't feel anything wrong with this company. Because it was a startup at that time and have less profit so my salary was not increased on joining. Infact I have to work in less salary instead of increased salary. But that was okay at that time as that was the period when companies were not hiring.
