During Covid-19 everyone got salary on time and company offered part-time jobs to those who couldn't work fulltime basis. Policies are of high standards but many people in this company are not upto that standard of understanding. As the organization is a fast growing company you automatically get a chance to grow very quickly which is seen with many people and also management gives opportunity to grow for people at every level. The high and robust growth of the company, new innovations and initiatives taken by the company for the welfare of people and contractors working in the Gas Industry says it all about the company and the founder's visions. Excellent!!!

Dislikes

1) Management shouldn't interact with so many people directly. 2) Trainings should be there periodically as some people are lacking required skills

Very Good company culture. Most innovative, transparent and ethical company in the Industry. This company is working continously to empower and provide trainings to the employees with most advanced technologies and innovations to develop individual skills. I had seen this company even calls people who worked many years back for making their any pending payments in case anything left with company. Very strong systems that empowers employees (Both Head Office and Site Teams), contractors, vendors, workers for all their work, records, payments, reconciliations etc. in most advanced and transparent manner on real time basis using mobile applications.

Its more than 3 years, I have learnt and achieved a lot as an individual and as a team. There is no doubt, company gives equal opportunities to everyone to grow.

Employee Engagement. I think this is just a point where the company lags & that evoke employees on the negative side.

Nothing but 1-2 miscreant people with personal vested interests writing wrong things when their wrong karma is exposed. But still management not taking strict action due to their kindness to forgive such people
