...s if somebody is not performing well. But no one ever fired from this company. During Covid-19 everyone got salary on time and company offered part-time jobs to those who couldn't work fulltime basis. Policies are of high standards but many people in this company are not upto that standard of understanding. As the organization is a fast growing company you automatically get a chance to grow very quickly which is seen with many people and also management gives opportunity to grow for people at every level. The high and robust growth of the company, new innovations and initiatives taken by the company for the welfare of people and contractors working in the Gas Industry says it all about the company and the founder's visions. Excellent!!!

1) Management shouldn't interact with so many people directly. 2) Trainings should be there periodically as some people are lacking required skills

Nothing but 1-2 miscreant people with personal vested interests writing wrong things when their wrong karma is exposed. But still management not taking strict action due to their kindness to forgive such people
