Nilesh Gandhi is H.O.D of store department Element Chemilink Unit -2 but doesn't work He doesn't Operate computer and he is daily 9:00 morning to 6:00 evening only unuse words speak, and Harassment to store assistant that's why one by one employee Resigning in job and this company joining new employee and repeat to same as well as but company does not take a action to Nilesh Gandhi.

Hr work management is not good and Hr head manager language is too much ruff... And top management Nature is not good and purchase manager is not working there but all conversation spread there between everyone...and job security is not safe ..any time qualify...some people in good books of top management, they are good treatment for some people...too much pasarity between employee in work office.....so please read my review and safe...hope understand

Company Owner Directly involves in Every matter, which is not ok for owner and for employees, If you done any mistake by mistake you will not get another chance, no job security, Transfer in other unit as per company requirements which is in 3-4 months

I have never left a negative review but, i also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go to work in corporate world unfortunately, the standard at this company was very poor. HR Manager and their team behavior is very poor. Extremely bad Behavior

Element is a good growing company with a good future, but some old people's are there who don't want to increase growth of the company and technical management support them
