company's compensation/salary packages are not up to the market. all other things are good. teams are good and leave policies are employee friendly. Job security 95% and company offers extra amount on innovation awards or patents. Parental Insurance is not free. It should be free or parents can be added into the same sum assured in which employee is covered. Complete family can be covered in single employee insurance.

There is a lot of politics within team and micro-management from managers. Only if you are good to your boss, than you can think of hike. But yes everything depends on your TL & managers, in few teams TL are superb and it benefits the employees. Company least care about their employees. Least bother about providing good contents for training.
