Elegrow Technology is a growing organization. Working with Elegrow would provide you with immense amount of technical knowledge and understanding of practical aspects of engineering. In my experience, I have worked on several projects of design and testing in renewable energy sector under Elegrow. Mr. Jignesh Sailor has been a great mentor to me and many others. Elegrow technology encourages new ideas and young talent. Travel facilities are great. You will be working with leading market players of power sector.

One has to compromise a bit with work life balance if one is working on field. Although, it would provide you with the opportunities to travel across India and abroad as well. Salaries are average as its a growing organization.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
