Very poor work life balance 3rd class culture Vedanta do not have any experience in running steel plant. Instead of improving and building robust system, management is more interested in fault finding

The only liking about ESL is: it is near to my hometown.

...ill development for my carrer growth. Not having proper training for new joinee. And many more demotivating things came like for growth and salary and while working too. Also, many people especially seniors person resign from here which would lead all the work pressure to a single person.
