There is no higher authority to check your hard work, the less knowledgeable guy is the head at Umbergaon plant, he will takes under control all of the things, so you will not grow by doing something, No HR or boss to see if someone senior is doing wrong

A good start and a place to grow and explore, Management is quite supporting, There is ample of space for learning and proving yourself. Managers are all the time there to help and support.
