1 )The management of the electronic market is not correct. 2) And the behavior is also not right with any of the workers. 3) And everyone there shouts and talks to the workers. 4)After working there I realised that it felt like a jail. 5) Mobile watch, any electronic thing is not allowed here. 6)There is no respect for engineers here. 7) The manager does not know how to manage, he just keeps shouting 8) My experience with the electronic bazar has been very bad. 9) You can be fired from your job at any time .etc

Too much micro management specially by raj Kumar Varma he is illiterate doesn't know anything never listen to the subordinates keeps on changing everyone's roles and responsibilities Have favouritism towards their related employees

Working experience like a ghost . No manners and respect anybody doing anything Totally spend my worst part of life.. I think people need to respect and not give bad words work environment is like a hell..

No, static business plan . Plan and stock change daily. No forecast of availability of stock Worst thing was no dealer/client satisfaction, poor /0 after sale service , that effect face value of employees too
