The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

As far as learning , exposure to different kind of machines is good, may be that's only your concern then company is good to join, but workload is too much, facilities are less, technical support issues also, so consider accordingly

Good Products to Sales in the Market, one of finest brands in Machine Tools industries they were tied up for Sales and Service

Top Management working on theory calculation to achieve results than Actual Facts, Job Security were not there as GM level or Country Manager level lose there job within a time span of week without prior intimation.

Actually it was nothing to like about it but one thing I can tell you that your colleagues will be very friendly with you excluding 4-5 idiots including GM of the company

Company won't provide training, No job security, No seriously working only worst class politics especially by GM and his 4-5 "chamchas", You won't get a single point of technical knowledge so forget about knowledge, No seniors for embedded so no knowledge gain even company strictly don't give internet facility as well, least salary increment, worst class politics, especially managers and his "chamchas" don't care about company growth n all, they are very much interested to exploit the employees by doing dirty politics. Zero learning for embedded engineer, worst class work environment. Work for any small scale company but don't work for Electronica Hi tech, in small scale company you may not get big salary but you will gain knowledge which will build your career but in electronica you will just waste your time n ruin your career. Company management is world class useless, inefficient, knowledge-less people.
