Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...lways on high risk of attached😃because of MD swing mood swings about bussiness. Be the jobless but don't join this company as no salary on time and no future....salaries are never on time... it's proprietors company who don't have future ..People always negotiating them...evern sold products on huge discounted price...I am the field engineer and I am aware of everything..

...on't join this company. Whenever they want they hire & when they want they fire. They terminate on grounds of financial problems & don't pay basic salary as per termination clause. Don't spoil your career in this company.
