এই company তে যে peon আছে(Ramesh Das), এর ব্যাবহার তো দুনিয়ার সব থেকে বাজে কুকুরের মতন , এর কাজ reception এ বসে থাকা কিন্তু রোজ এসে সবার পিছনে লাগবে, কে কি এনেছে সব ওকে দিতে হবে, আর tiffin এ কে কি খাবে সব ওর জানা দরকার। যে আস্তে চাই company তে তারা জেনো হাতে করে নেড়ো biscuit নিয়ে আসে, নাহলে ও তোমার পিছন ছারবেনা, কোন respect নেই লোকটার মধ্যে।

...noying and behaviour is so bad, so I suggest to keep a safe distance from him. Salary growth very poor. Strict timing.

...He uses slang bad language with his junior and also disrespect female employees. Salary growth is very poor.My experience is very bad and horrible.But Mr.Ramon Tandon Sir and Mr Sajol Singha Roy Sir, both of them are very good person.But choosing wrong departmental head employees have to quit their job.

Nothing. It's culture is purely like grocery store.

CEO's barking and treated like animals in a zoo. He is sad if any day he is not barking to the animals ( employees). He have some 2-3 chamcha who are taken commission from market which is more toxic. Even a peon boy name barking to engineer's.

One of the biggest panel builders in Eastern region,There two COs in our company. Both they are Good.I learn many things from this company. But after covid situation they changed their company policies and regulations. My department estimation and costing working culture is very poor .

There is a lots of politics specially in our department. Working environment is very poor.One of the departmental head using slang language. Slary growth is very poor. Our departmental head is Non-technical, so technical knowledge growth is poor
