...ing actual dedication towards work stay back and no promotion in seen for years. Salary structure is very low. An executive level person gets only a few bucks of money and the posts like GM & VP take a buttload of money. An appraisal is just for the sake of giving no HOD gives the correct appraisals and even after giving correct appraisals HR is so weak that they never undergo the actual process and promote the people with high references. Politics here is very brutal, one needs to stay aware always 24/7 what and what not people around you will do trap you. Learning is zero because no one teaches you how to work also no ETHICS

Teammates are terrible. No one is trustable here and all will pull you down. One needs to learn each and every thing on their own.

Those who are belongs to Gujarat or Gujarati are only survivors rest of other state they are treat like less minded people, in India i will face 1st time in my hole carrier racism 😔

Delay but not denied monthly salary.... Promotion criteria is not good, as my hod recommends for my promotion but management speaks only in terms of marketing/ business development whereas I am being a service engineer brings business indirectly to my company by making a strong base because of my confidence, professionalism, and trust worthiness. If we don't commission and h/o the equipment properly then in future we shall be neglected for their future business in pipeline... Hence in short I would like to say the evaluation procedure and protocols should have different methods in identifying the different candidates as per their nature of Job 2. No medical facilities for individual and family 3.Infact yearly medical examination was also cancelled to do cost cutting
