Only those who are close to the management get promoted.If you are not close to the management they will hire you in Noida and throw Sonipat, panipat, Punjab, Rudrapur.Because they do not find people here, they fool people in Noida and get defeated.

It is a Lala company so there is jo bifurcation of work, therefore, you get to learn a low but you are also overburdened with a lot of work. Also the company rewards you for good performance with more work.

Dislikes

Office politics. Toxic work culture. Unrealistic expectations from employees. Very less pay compared to market standards. Low increments. Favouritism (chacha-bhatijawaad)

Pathetic, egoistic,manipulative reporting manager. Just a sake of name it's a listed identity but purely Lala approach. Seniors sitting on site so rasale and sales clashing internally is too high just BCz of some baised project head. If you are a licker you can survive upto any extent.Worst for CPs BCz your hard work will be given to anybody with folded hands. SALES CLASHES HIGHER COMPARATIVE TO INDUSTRY NORMS. No Body will listen upto top management will not listen even you are right. Daya drashti par pade rehna hai to pade raho...Chaat te raho if you want survival..No learning just follow what your boss says

Time to time appraisal, good working environment and job security also

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Also, there is no on -job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Conservative for growth/investment, benifits skewed towards marketing,no focus on formal training,no interdepartmental discussion for company growth,
