It is a Lala company so there is jo bifurcation of work, therefore, you get to learn a low but you are also overburdened with a lot of work. Also the company rewards you for good performance with more work.

Pathetic, egoistic,manipulative reporting manager. Just a sake of name it's a listed identity but purely Lala approach. Seniors sitting on site so rasale and sales clashing internally is too high just BCz of some baised project head. If you are a licker you can survive upto any extent.Worst for CPs BCz your hard work will be given to anybody with folded hands. SALES CLASHES HIGHER COMPARATIVE TO INDUSTRY NORMS. No Body will listen upto top management will not listen even you are right. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
