ITI holder supervisor he did not know English language words asking with juniors for emailing our supervisor not spoken English language payment you have 15000 he 1500 cut give the ending of month give common half is common this company working accident happened injury not helping old machine cuts fingers he worker not helping computer not working properly Shutdown and again starting problem

Believe me,I gone through below issues with this company. Think before joining this company. 1.Lack of professionalism 2.No Ethics. 3.Weak Engineering department 4.Things are not well organized. 5.No system to work properly. 6.Rude behavior of staff.

Company products are good and has a good future, but management style is pulling it down.

Work Culture, Management doesn't value people and everyone is dispensable. The tenured resources have created a lobby and new entrants have to face a lot of heat.

1 ) company do not carry co-caricular activities 2) salery scale is much lower 3) Any transporation is not provided
