...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This place is really fantastic and capable for increasing our self-confidence regarding the department ,test , process,and report of patients.

The thing which i dislike is the low salary instead our expectations.

The work environment is good here as everyone will have their own privacy and freedom to work and learn new things.

Dislikes

Administration department is not upto the mark,actions are not taken immediately,no salary increments,no appriasals,responsibilities will be given all of a sudden but not the increase in salaries.

All the staff helps us to learn new things. Everyone there are friendly and kind. Good place to grow our career professionally strong

People should get chances to work in all departments in lab instead of being in a single department for years because getting exposed to all departments helps us to learn more
