1. Daily 12 hours work and many time it will continue till mid-night and sometime till early morning. And you have to login by 09:00 AM on the following day. 2. Have to forget time spending with your family. 3. No respect for the employee and for your experience. 4. Have to work for 12 or 14 hours and you will get time sheet for only 8 hours, and also at the month end manager will ask you still reduce the hours as it too high for the task done. 5. Had worst time in my 15 years experience of IT industry.

Initially they greeted well, but later on there were politics happening in the team. Not informing or providing solutions to the problems we face in work. Providing silly reasons and demotivating the employees often. If they dislike any employee or the person who is struggling or need help from the seniors and higher officials (project managers and project head), they will do everything to make that person quit the job. They are not ready to help any employees but put too much pressure to complete the work.

...eam. Miscommunication of the requirements of the projects. No learning growth. No salary growth. No promotions (positions).

Too many: slavery mindset Forget about your personal life (they expect you to work from morning till midnight) Expect calls for work even on your sick leave. Working for 8 or 9hrs is just a myth, your days starts at 9am and there is no end...unless you close the lid forcefully. And many more...if you are too workoholic this place is heaven for you.

Job security, flexible work timings, responsive management etc.

Dislikes

There is no scope for learning new things in the field I am working. Mostly, no relevance between the work I actually do and the designation I hold.

This is the place to work with Good atmosphere and the colleagues. No work pressure they will give us a time to learn and do the projects. They will make us to learn many new skills and will provide training too.
