Nothing much to like about this team Other side management is working on employese better place to work Which is not at all agreed

Worst team US gross 2 net rebates finance operations team I have faced in my entire carrier The so called Melissa Kannesan manager in US she treats team mates as salves and threatens u the name of job. I suggest people not to join this Team untill she leads the team very dangereous.

The work life balance if is nice, nothing to say much on this. Team leads are so cool and helpful in every aspects of work.

Dislikes

The interview process is so ruthless. We were working in contract role and obtained awards and contributed so many things despite contract role than permanent employee. Job posting was given for 2 roles and post interview it was mentioned as only one role is available and one person will be hired. After so many contribution and doing multiple tasks early morning with good interview also, I was not pushed to next round of interview. I fought for the contribution and good interview that happened with me, still it was of no use and nobody cared about it. They taught me again that hard work and contributions never make sense to corporate companies.

Office treats you very nicely, culture and environment can be equated to American sort of thing.

Dislikes

Colleagues and seniors don't talk about innovation, competitive skills, and makes you feel working in Government run Private company.
