Sometimes only the supervisor gets a single room, the foreman technician labor sees everyone in the same eye and puts six people in the room, the bed and blanket are given when they first come, then they are not changed, the system of accommodating people is not very good, it is very pathetic.

Salary on time, this is only one advantage . Thats it.

Firstly, too much politics in management. Management is unskilled to handle. Carpenter is admin there. Electrician is in accounting section. Means if you know reading English u can be manager oneday in this company, degree doesn't matter. They take all money from client and give nothing facility to the staff. One important thing, they can terminate you anytime without any reason. U will have never a secured job in this company.

I like working with El-seif because of the salary compensation they offers and the allowances & benefits I took..

Always argued with my lazy Safety Manager, always doing surfing and chat inside her office. Not doing her job well always depending on us to action if there are accident and incident.

Few Jordanians and Pakistanis are also subverting the Company's good policy, forcing honest and good workers to resign by constantly insulting and harassing them. Their intension is to make wealth through fraud.
