Staff are all good and helpful. You'll get to learn more. Men's and Women's day, Diwali, Christmas are celebrated. 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off.

Dislikes

No growth, no increment, salary is not on time. FNFs aren't on time in case you're leaving and have any arrears left. There's inner politics in between higher ups so if your favourite one you'll definitely get a hike.

Overall environment, work life is balance and benefits for freshers to upgrade skills.

Salary is not on time, old employees facing 1-3 months delay in salary. No increment promotion. Softwares not much updated. Cost cutting.

...security, Horrible work culture Management is horrible. Hell lot of politics.. Salary is not on time. Company is on the edge, of going bankrupt. Don't even think of joining here.

Financially not stable. Salary is delayed by 2 to 3 months. Don't have money to complete the project. Customers are cancelling the booking and have to wait for 6 months for refund.

...presales manager are always available to help regardless any querry or concerns. Salary is on time no delays. We used to get our comp-offs without multiple followups or requests. Would strongly recommend Ekta who wants to learn and grow. Now am working with Lodha after great learning at Ekta

Training was excellent, salary was not on time from 2019, on project duty no traveling, politics was done by some lazy workers , work environment was excellent, work quality was never compromised it was innovation, duty timing was good to maintain work and life, overall owner was a true gentleman person.
