People working there are quite old to do an innovation.They are making it worse for junior developers to stay in this so called startup company.Worst experience ever.

...politics.They don't appreciate the talent and treat employees as their servants.No hike for 2 years after you join the company.You won't get the full settlement amount when you leave this company.

Additionally, there have been delays in receiving salary, impacting financial stability. they ask employees to visit the market and communicate with shopkeepers to understand the business. I believe addressing these issues will contribute to a more positive work environment.

The company culture and work life balance. It’s not only philosophy but people who defines the work culture and Eko does that in best possible manner.

Eko does not have external financial investment by any angel investor. Sometimes it feels uncertainty as far as business is concern.
