Leadership is like a seesaw , weeks are spent on making strategy , one day before it has to go live they will question , go back to the drawing board , no consistency of thought ! Most if the time they backtrack on the agreed upon stuff!Overall peer group is very below average which doesn't help to learn anything. only good thing is you can take initiatives.

Probably ok for interns. Leadership from founders is an absolute deal breaker.

Dislikes

Serious work culture issues. Leadership is highly irrational. No HR/Finance processes. No clarity on product vision. No future for the company. No senior technology folks, mostly inexperienced juniors. Leadership will treat you badly. Leadership do not care for employees

I met some good people, that's the only good thing about the company.

Dislikes

No growth plan. People are leaving. Employees are not motivated. Work culture is pathetic. They start projects but don't end them. It's a customer driven company and there is no customer care team. Customers shout and complaint. They don't care. Pathetic company to work with. I stayed for 2 years just for the money and left the company without any job. Which shows how desperate i was to leave.
