No work Life balance Very poor salary packages You don't know when you will be shifted from one process to another. No fixed designation as they keep fluctuating your role, responsibilities and designation. 9 working hours per day with one week off and that's really hectic

Their sales process is not at all good. They don’t have any proper lead management flow. They expect revenue from junk leads given to you. If you are looking for good environment with work life balance. Then is company is not for you

Most of the senior don’t have knowledge of filed, got promoted with their old relation with seniors, directly terminate the folks without reason

No work life balance at all. I went to office on weekends and worked all nights. AVOID WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. There is a ton of favoritism for older folks, you do not get heard. And the salaries are so low. below market standards and they say that they are working on pay cuts to help the startup but that is just an excuse to pay you less.
