Good colleagues to work with, seems like another family. Director allows everyone to put forward their thoughts and pay attention to it. You will not find a boss like Prashant.

Paid Leaves are less, but it is not an issue because we can manage it by taking WFH sometimes.

...nvironment is good. The collegues are helpful. They are having fun activities. Salary is on time.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

The leave policy is very bad. They provide only 6 leaves per year which nowadays they have increased to 8. Moreover , they also count saturday sunday in natiinal holidays. Moreover you keep working on Gandhi Jayanti 2nd October...!! No increment provided since last two years. Working hours are 10 minimum. They expect you to work like a machine. In certain projects, there is daily stretch upto 12 hours. Inspite of covid, they do not like ti provide WFH. They are skeptical about work completion from home. The benefits which you get here are a way less than the hard work you do here.
