Only received salary on time but its horrible to work with ejadah. No safety training, no training for staff to upgrade.

What criteria are used to select supervisors while technicians are far better than supervisors but . Technicians are trash to management because the technician doesn't have any benefits except his salary . If you have ambition then you cannot work with ejadah for more than 2 years. Politics No promotion for technicians No

1. Great opprtunity in training and learning 2. Freezone visa and easy to cancel the contract at anytime. But there will be deduction in settlement after resignation cancellation for visa,medical and training provided company 3. Good work locations and atmosphere

Dislikes

...include overtime benefit in the same package which offers by other companies. 2. Less salary in the market for technicians and un-skilled labours. 3. No proper team work from mid-level management in the site. 4. No increment and bonus even after 5 years of service for low level staff

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before that you cannot go on vacation.

Likes

It’s well reputed organisation and standards maintained are amazing, service excellence. They never late in staff salaries as well as you will get job security while working with Ejadah.

Dislikes

If you’re going to join for corporate or HO position then there is no issue. But if you’re an engineer or Supervisor or technician and working in operations. You will never get promotion even achieved good target scores. No one cares about operation team , what they’re facing the challenges.

I have been In ejadah company since 2018 may,so by that time I was green in field,i was not knowing anything bt atleast now I have mastered avrything concerning my job and they reward me a promotion of team leader however I feel like now I have enought experience to compete with other people from other companies ,my company is good bt I think its high time for me to try my experience else where

Ejadah is a good company avryone will like to work bt as you know when you grow with in the company some times its difficult for them to consider you as different one becouse already there used with you,even you don't get the same share like ather people with same responsibility you remain there property so for me i want to be taken different.
