Some of the US management are really caring and genuine

Dislikes

...of politics and the management doesn’t address or even acknowledge any issues. The career growth is decent but salary increase is way too slow! The notice period during busy season is way much.

It was initially welcoming

Dislikes

Management not adequately knowledgeable or skilled for us advanced or even basic accounting. Juniors prepare despite claiming to be qualified CAs ,trashy means really trashy tax returns,wrong high loss making client tax liabilities .No desire to upskill their staff .

Company has weird policy of leaves during busy season. Late night slogging is a must if you choose Eisner Amper.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Resources are not managed effectively & efficiently Employees be it fresher or experienced are experienced to work 55-60 hours effectively per week during busy season
