...ave to pay 5 lakhs which is too much I guess Not having proper canteen facility. And about salary and growth I would suggest avg. One more highliting point i would like to tell is that einfochips head office is in ahemdabad and mostly this company is more into favour of gujrathis and marwadi's..i wont say entirely but many people who are at higher post are gujjus and marwari like 75% i would say..And no happy work environment..every single time you'll be under some immense botheration... To be honest my experience with einfochips was pathetic..joining einfochips was the worst part of life..!If you're experienced person have more than 15 yrs of exp this company is for you..and if you're gujju it will be a cherry on a cake! :)

I am working in einfochips almost 3 years and i find 0 learning in this organization, also salary structure is very low, and upper management is vary bad, they always think benefits of company not employees

... technologies and earn experience. Management is very humble and approachable. Good in terms of pay scale, work-life balance and company culture.

only dislike I feeel is some projects are not following standard execution practices.

For freshers it's good learning opportunities, stress can be more but at the same time you learn also. For senior or lead position it is totally depend on your project and team because for the same project with different team you may see different work-life balance. The management is transparent.

Dislikes

The work culture needs to be improved. Importantly salary benefits are not as per industry standards.
