...ave to pay 5 lakhs which is too much I guess Not having proper canteen facility. And about salary and growth I would suggest avg. One more highliting point i would like to tell is that einfochips head office is in ahemdabad and mostly this company is more into favour of gujrathis and marwadi's..i wont say entirely but many people who are at higher post are gujjus and marwari like 75% i would say..And no happy work environment..every single time you'll be under some immense botheration... To be honest my experience with einfochips was pathetic..joining einfochips was the worst part of life..!If you're experienced person have more than 15 yrs of exp this company is for you..and if you're gujju it will be a cherry on a cake! :)

Salary benefits. ( Already working Under the market rate ). Superstituous Team Lead with no Current scenario or practical awareness of situation. that behaviour needs to be changed.

...d indoor game facility to relax. Work place is too congested. Too much politics. In terms of percentage the appraisal looks good but do not get fooled because the average pay is too low so that percentage increment looks good.

Changing Work, Gets a chance to work on multiple domains on longer run, based on project requirements, including VIP, Formal Verification, FPGA Verification, IP/SoC Verification, AMS
