This company belongs to Gujarat and most of the employees has no technical knowledge and experience only they take credit of junior. One the most corrupt company I have ever seen they only use their mind how to use worst material and unskilled labour to save money. And his incharge always busy to sell extra soil of the site.

Dislikes

... 7pm. Due to some reason if you work in late night they not going to observe it. Salary always late by 2-3 month. Incharge name Mehul always say to employees iski permanent chhutti kar do ( terminate employees without any warning.) MD of company deceased salary of employees instead of giving appraisal.

Management having a positive goal to complete the projects within the Time Limit. Down to earth and fully dedicated to work. I being a highly experienced person giving me full powers to take the decisions.

Nothing to dislike. Before, I joined, they were not having professional exposed, sometimes, become very conservative to take strategic decision.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
