Rate of promotion and salary hike is very good for Non-Management staff , If you are degree holder you ll come in management staff u will get low salary than Non management and people who are working under you. In each department some people working from more that 5 years than only behaves like HOD,

...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fo chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and instive every year. I happy work with EID Parry (India) limited last ten years.
