Micro Management, Leadership, Late salary approx 15 days, Cheap management, Lead behavior, Work culture, Work-life balance, On Prod deployment you've to work till 3AM and It is being expected that next day present at office on time(9:00AM), Partiality, Politics, No work from Home, No leave is granted, Even if there is no dependency,

Team members are very supportive, when if any office employee not feel safe or face any problem then supported by company employees and management also.Well in covid-19 lockdown all team members are work from home and all are safe and enjoy with work.
