Promotion and salary hike will be based on Reporting manager not on yours performance, if you are a Good Slve to boss you will get promotion or else boss himself will take Alternate promotion and Double Hike no Hike to subordinate or very minimal hike to subordinate.

Salary, promotion, skill development and so on if you think all mentioned or other skills or facilities you gain here its totally your mistake to ruined your future. Higher Management and HR in parwanoo plant is very poor and selfish. They never ever think about company improvement. They only work here for own growth. They're on forcus to carry forward own extension after retirement.
