Lot to learn but worst management no one supports you if you're new every thing you have to do on your own I left a good organization for this job but no one cares here they will bargain for minimal amounts like 5000 rs also worst coo she's very arrogant she thinks this is the only job we can do. Threatens us with legal documents don't join if you're from different safety background ie, industry or construction because you have to do chamchagiri here thank me later.
