I have work to accomplish My team is cooperative and helping Everyday we occupied with many challenges to solve. Company policy is great. Leaves policy is great. Indian head and all management are technically sounded and ready to accept your solution if that is adding value in the product features.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not good. Workload is there as management wants to engage all employees. Resources availability is limited sometimes and some standard practices need to be followed.

This is purely on the basis of my experience with Egnyte: 1. They hire you for a different position and expect you to work in a different role. and expect you to be perfect from day 1 or 2. 2. They expect employees to work for 12 hours. 3. The work culture is very toxic. 4. Every single day there are different team meetings for at least 3 hours. and then there is a blame game among the managers. 5. HR never responds to emails after you're out of the Org. 6. Overall, not employee friendly.
