... Clients are from countries like the US, UK, Europe, Middle-east, and Australia. On-time salary and periodic staff outings make them a very employee-friendly company, which was missing with my previous employers. Though they had a rough phase with defaulted payment by one of their biggest Clients, they didn't layoff any single employees or defaulted salaries on any month to any of us. Really rare to see such great employers these days. One thing to note is that, if you make a promise to the Client with the deadline, you will need to meet that on time or should put extra effort to meet the deadlines.. they don't encourage breaking promises to their clients. Some incapable people who can't meet the deadlines they promise to the client, are the one's who mourn about overtimes and all. However, for those who show politics, this is not the right place as they literally kick you out very quickly. Telling this as there were few in the past, who were concentrating on gossiping and showing politics than focussing on their work.

Dislikes

The only drawback I see is the lack of more project leads and business analysts, which they are trying to fill sooner than later. Also, I don't like them giving second chances to the gossipers and incapable developers to prove themselves as such guys has been a waste of money to the company and they later turn back and spread negative comments about this wonderful company. I have seen 3 employees to be terminated over the past 7 years two of which were highly incapable and taking too many leaves without any notices, and another guy for trying to steal their codebase and trying to destroy the code, for which they are pursuing legal actions as well.

I am satisfied with their Magento Services. Eglobe It Solutions had a dedicated team of certified Magento Developers, who have provided me with all guidance and suggestions of requirements that are needed during the time of development.

Dislikes

Eglobe carries outnumber out projects at same. So it felt some difficulty in contacting them at first.
